Galena River Trail

"I've ridden on some real garbage washboard roads in the middle of nowhere Utah where there are wild mustangs crossing my path. THIS path is like a paved trail in comparison... Ole' Walter here made it sound like something other than what I experienced Aug' 2023: just follow what is obviously a path the most traveled and you'll have yourself an easy trail for you and your family."

"Lots of fluff and hype. In reality, a Type-3 Clusterf--k! Incorrectly marked maps, lack of signage, and treacherous sandy trail areas. Milage markers are incorrect. The worst part is no washroom on same side of river as trail. If you follow the City of Galena posted maps, they show incorrect location of pedestrian bridge, and the closer bridge shouldn't be a part of the trail- with a steep staircase-requiring you to carry your bike down three flights of stairs!! What idiot came up with this??? Not a bike-friendly trail system at all. Poorly designed and poorly executed. AVOID!!!"
