"A beautiful church filled with an authentic and courageous congregation. You will experience joy, peace and God’s Holy Spirit. Each visit feels like coming home."
"Friendly and family oriented Catholic experience."
"St. Joseph's is a very beautiful church in scenic Bellevue. There is lots of parking & lots of seating."
"Beautiful Church. Did Jesus really intend church to be so extravagant? Jesus talked to people standing on a mountain. I wonder about these things."
"Less than impressed with the pastoral associate and his youth group. Mr. Lang failed to follow park age limits, enforce basic respect of community property, and did nothing to redirect the disrespectful teens in his charge. For example, when the students were asked not to sit on the toddler merry-go-round because they were too big, one replied, "Are you saying I'm fat?" and then they DOUBLED UP on each horse. Following the kids departure, Lang became rude and confrontational, stating the age limit was discrimination, and he'll go to the city council because he "knows them", and ended with "the equipment is like 40 years old anyway." When I attended, there was not one member of St. Joe's/Marquette staff that would have permitted that behavior let alone paralleled it. I also have a hard time thinking of sny of my peers who would have responded in the fashion these students did. Imagine the impression this would have left with visitors to our community."
