"I love Barnes & Noble bookstore. I cannot go to the mall without visiting there. They have a nice selection for all interests. It is always clean, inviting and a nice quiet place to calm yourself or take time to enjoy a nice coffee drink in the Starbucks coffee shop and check out a book. There's nothing like a good book and coffee!"

"Workers were very helpful and informative able to offer suggestions and guide you to whatever you may be searching for. I did find the library was lacking in functional literature such as "how to" books. But otherwise a great book store with a quaint coffee shop tucked inside."

"Went in to this Barnes & Nobles on a very busy Saturday. It is connected to the mall with an exit to the outside and an exit close to the food court. It's large with an incredible selection. I ordered a book online for in-store pick up. It was release that day and I was afraid they would be sold out. Less than an hour after purchasing I got an email that my book was ready for pick up. I walked in and the line was not long. The cashier was nice and when I told her I had a pick up she directed me to the customer service desk in the middle of the store. There were 5 or so very friendly associates in and around the service desk answering questions from customers and helping people find specific books in there inventory system. An employee asked if I needed help when it was my turn. I told her my name and that I had a pick up. She asked for my ID and then confirmed the title I had ordered. She printed the receipt and asked if I wanted to carry it in a bag or without. I chose without. All in all a very pleasant experience both online and in store. Usually, in stores that big it is hard to find an employee and they were readily available and eager to help. 100% my fav B&N."
