"The female manager with the multi colored hair is very dismissive and rude. T-mobile has a contract with UPS for free printing and returns. She told me i had to either get charged $5.00 and give T-Mobile a receipt or find another store because they were a franchise. After spending over 30 minutes in the parking lot on the phone with T-Mobile I was told to go back in the store and give ups the phone. Jason came to the desk to help this time, he barely spoke on the phone and immediately handled my situation, without a charge, quickly and professionally. However, the female manager came over beside him with a smugg and condescending attitude looking at me while Jason was printing my receipt. She has multiple bad reviews on here, I am not the only one, she lacks proper customer service skills. Addendum: This UPS store and T-Mobile need to have a conversation because I am not the only one, according to previous reviews, that has had this problem at this location."
"Usually it's pretty good. Been going in here for years cuz it's the closest UPS store. That being said Saturday there was an incident with the woman who worked there being sarcastic and wanting to know specifically what was in my package and she does not have that right. They can't ask if it's hazardous liquid or flammable but to know the specific contents of anything you ship is none of their damn business. I've never had anything like that happen before and it better not happen again. Luckily they sell beer right down the street So that always helps."
"I would NEVER USE THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. They either lost or had an employee steal my package worth over a grand in total. I have attempted to contact them NUMEROUS TIMES with ZERO Response from them. I have left voice messages, emails, and they just ignore me. They have never emailed me an insurance claim email as they originally said. They are not an honest store and do not care about their customer's packages. Well over a month since the item was supposed to arrive, yet it has never left the UPS store. Clearly someone stole it and I have not been reimbursed, nor do I even know if an insurance claim has even been submitted as they never sent me any claim information email. Please go elsewhere if you're shipping anything of value. W John Magavern III"
"My problem with the store is that on the Amazon website it says free returns. Go to the store and it's a 5.00 printing fee for the label. I got my money back from Amazon. Amazon gave me $20.00 credit for the issues. Just for Amazon customers. Website says it is free, it is not. 5.00 printing fee. Just go to whole foods where it is actually free. Do not fool with this place if it is just for an Amazon return. Just trying to help future customers not get upset like I did. However, thanks Amazon for the 20.00 bucks. No thanks to the UPS store lying about returns. If it is Amazon lying on the website, you all should work on getting this fixed. I won't be back, hopefully this review helps others. Response to the owner: that option that you are speaking of is not available on all returns. When a customer is already in the store it is frustrating to say well I ll go downtown. So, all I am saying is that the store or the website says "free returns". And it is not, it is 5.00 dollars. Yes, the employees tell you it is 5.00 dollars before I swipe my card. However, the website needs to be changed. Thank you for understanding, Adam"
"The first thing I was greeted with when I entered the store was a very long line. A lot of people have Amazon returns that take a few seconds to process - and they should create a simple process to deal with these people (maybe a separate line).Otherwise you will be waiting behind people that have questions about various charges or that need 4 different audio components packed and shipped (as we did today)."
