"Small facility, staff friendly, but long unloading times, almost 4 hours appt was for 11:30 arrived at 10am didn't leave til after 2pm. No space for parking whatsoever"
"Couldn't unload a day early on Sunday. Out bound loads only on Sundays."
"If your looking for a decent gig this is not the place for you. First shift is lazy minus the lumper which leaves second shift to do a lot of work. Majority of the work actually. You can come into work and literally see the first shift sitting in the office (which you aren’t supposed to be in) or they’re hiding in the bathrooms, with orders in the tray. You can go into the warehouse area and see no orders pulled and that is majority of the days. Some days you can go to work early and first shift will be gone already with no orders pulled but they are in the tray ready to be complete. Management here is suspect too. When complaints are brought to them nothing seems to get done about them, plus there is no HR onsite. Sometimes supervisors can say things that have you feeling they are incompetent for the job as well. (Examples: There was no work to do and and we had downtime. The on shift supervisor came to me and suggested that I go out into the warehouse with a bucket of water and a towel and wipe the racks down that hold our product. May I remind you that this a cooler/freezer warehouse that they keep at 32° and below freezing. Thus proving the incompetence. Also said supervisor (second shift) has made very suspicious remarks regarding race in the form of jokes. Example: ”I heard this joke one time and it was like, why are all those black kids playing in the field, but I forgot it was watermelon season” “Hey miscalled name, oh I’m sorry you know you guys all look alike.”) The money isn’t that good either. Second shift definitely should have a higher pay differential than the first shift of at least $1.50 due to the workload difference. Overall this is not the place if you’re looking for a long/short term commitment ."
"These guys are really kind and quick. Make sure you stop at the entrance and call for instructions because they’ll tell you where to park. You’ll likely have to turn around in the space and park fyi. Also from what I experienced you’ll need a comcheck for the lumper"
"Had a pick up from shipper at 1700. Arrived to a closed and gated facility at 0300. Stayed in front of the gate until someone came in at 0500. He went ahead and told me to take door 5, but not open anything since unloaders wouldn't be in until 0600-0700. Mike came out and checked my stuff and told me to go ahead and back in. Took and hour to unload most of my trailer as this was my first stop. Paper work issues took another hour and a half. He told me to park on the pavement next to the tree as the rain has made the dirt like quicksand. My door was going to be assigned to another driver once he arrived. Got a receipt for the lumper before the actual check. But after I got my bills he said take off or stay awhile it was ok. They knew I ran out of hours I suppose and allowed me to wait. He helped another driver back into a door as I was waiting and another driver was waiting on paperwork. They were friendly and helpful."
