"My husband had to get a grinder to cut down the door they "installed" in order to get it to close. We had our building left unsecured for over 2 months while these guys waited on door hardware to "arrive" and I had to hire a locksmith and a trim crew to come on site and work on the frame they put in without my approval. They just did this without discussing it and it wasn't done right, leaving my door to blow open everytime the wind blew and no ability to fully shut it."

"Artis was kind at first. He promised me the world. I trusted him to do our job because he had helped us in the past with a few projects. He took my money and put our door on "order". Long story short, he never ordered it and came up with every reason why it wasn't in. I decided to cut my losses and go to another shop. They had everything in stock and I installed that door the next day. I was changed about 1900$ and was never given anything. He promised a refund and never did. This is considered fraud/felony theft. This will catch up to him. In the meantime I learned a lesson. I hope my bad experience with this company helps someone to stay away from him."

"Absolutely the worst buying experience I’ve ever experienced. Was lied to 5-6 times by Artis about delivering our order. Finally he admitted that he lied and that’s what he has to do to appease customers. Horrible way to do business. Blamed everyone else but could care less about his integrity."

"This is THE WORST company ever. I spoke with Artis about needing an exit fire door. I explained it doesn’t have to have a window but sill need it and the frame. I requested for a picture of his product before making the purchase and was told he’ll have to look for it in the warehouse. When I called the next day to inquire about the door to order he assured me it was the correct door and he could not get a picture. So I placed her order and ask that my receipt be mailed to my email address. I called again letting him know I never received the receipt and wanted to make sure the door was ordered. He told me the door was ordered and he will sent the receipt. Well several weeks went by no receipt and no door. That then turned into it is now a special order and it won’t be in until another two weeks. Well two weeks went by again no receipt and no door. No door and no receipt then turned into it is now here and we will have it delivered at 2pm. 2pm tuned into tomorrow at 2pm. To that 2pm turning into I’m on vacation nobody brought the door. Toot will be there on this day… well it finally arrived. Not in a box and not what was told I’ll have. But a exit door with no cut out for handles as I told him I needed. This place is HELL to work with and not deserving of any one’s business locally or any other type of business."
