"Had no problem taking my money. Employee informed me my tanks was at the back of my truck. I guess he figured I was able to put them in there by myself. I have always had help putting them back in the truck after exchanging tanks. Sorry yaw have lost a customer. Ok update they are not allowed to help put them in the back of the truck unless asked. Seems to me the correct thing should have been done was asked."

"Heard the same things about swapping a 20lb air tank, they said yes of corse for around 40 dollars but when I make the 2 hour trip I was turned away at opilika store but they Saud the same thing in Birmingham"

"Made arrangements for helium for citywide event. Was assured that it would be no problem by 3 different employees. Offered to come early in the week to make sure it was available. When I show up early Friday, they have decided to close for Good Friday. I have 1500 balloons with no helium and nobody answers their phone. Customer service calls all of management but no answer. Thanks."
