"I did not know I could log into the 180 website. Every month I was getting an email from 180 asking me to refill my order. If I wanted to change the numbers or shipping address I called 180. In January I went to Florida for 5 weeks so I called and asked them to changed the shipping address to Florida. The following month they also shipped them to Florida, so I had to carry them back in my suitcase, leaving some of my clothes behind. I just found out today March 9 that I could log in and change the shipping address myself, but don't know if I would have to log in the following month and change the address back. 180 Medical should make more clear how the website works."
