"The price is nice, but not when I can barely get anything to work. I work from home and absolutely need internet. When I called, the customer service was nice enough on the phone but no one ever showed up to help get our Internet back. Luckily, that day we got it working again. However, I did want them to come check as our speed should be 50mbps and we get somewhere around 3mbps most days. It seems their fiber optics works great, but the dish leaves much to be desired. We rent, there isn't really much of a decision to go fiber optic. It would be nice if there was follow through. It's been two weeks since we requested someone come take a look, I did not receive a phone call or message that no one was coming or if anyone did stop at the house and I had missed them somehow."

"They block dns changes meaning you can't use Google, cloudflare, opendns to stay secure online. They have rerouted the most basic of websites that refuse to work with this Internet provider because they proxy so websites like Hotmail, msn, bing, and half the net thinks your a BOT. I know this because Microsoft/Hotmail has blocked this provider for being suspicious because of the way it queries websites. So I have to switch from the router to my phone hotspot just to check my damn email. Not to mention they advertise a gig. We are on the gig plan and we never see it. Often times we are lucky if we break 150mb.. P.s forget Iv6 for gaming.. since they blocked DNS changes and BARELY (footnote) allow IV4 passthrough half your content won't work without errors. Plus without the DNS changes you can't enable proper port forwarding.. which many games have their own ports they use. So any games that require a less strict nat/udp with certain ports your simply screwed."

"We are 100% plus pleased with Comelec internet service! We have been a customer for quite a while now and rarely have outages. When there is an outage, we are able to call in to report it and a tech returns our call very quickly! They are TOO SHELF PRIME when it comes to customer service! From the very beginning when we installed- their tech took time to be patient with my questions and answered them all. In the rare times we do have an outage, we call in and report and they even call us back to let us know what the problem is or how long it will take to service the problem. That's one thing BUT they go above this and call you the next to check in and make sure things are good for you! I highly recommend Comelec internet services to anyone!"
