"I've never had so many issues just getting mail delivered to my house. Not only was my mailbox Ignored with the flag up to signal I had mail to be taken. But today I literally watched the letter carrier stop IN FRONT OF MY MAILBOX with my small package and debate whether or not to deliver it or steal it. Only ro get and email an hour later stating there was no access to my house.. I am beyond mad now and have filed a complaint!"

"Everyone has different views,but as for me I love this office.Staff are kind,always wear a smile.I never came here with issues,always great time.Usps boxes and materials are always well stocked.One of the staff one time I was there and buying a.packaging tape to use with my package even offered a free tape to use.It is from a customer's who left it there.A special mention to Melissa,one of the staff,she is sweet and caring woman.Just great experience everytime!"

"Carrier decided to make my property vacant without me putting an address change request. Now, I’m have to figure out how to get some important mail pieces. I called their office over 50 times to get a resolution and they don’t bother to answer."

"I can’t believe that so many many people have complained about the black lady who is the supervisor for this office. This supervisor is always rude, disrespectful and has a terrible attitude. I have seen her numerous times treating people so low and even no respect to our active duty GIs. The service is horrible, disrespectful and lack of customer service. How is so possible that the post office allows this kind of people to have this positions and so absolutely nothing to solve it. Next time, don’t waste your time with this lady and ask to speak with the postmaster.."

"The staff that currently work there are absolutely unfit to work in customer service. The lady walking the floor “assisting” customers is absolutely rude and condescending. There were 12 people in line and only two people at the counter which I understand, staffing shortage. However, they did not have any sense of urgency and again were extremely rude. Questions are not welcome here and prepare to wait, receive rude remarks and feel belittled."
