"Made a 8 o clock appointment for an alignment. It is now after 9 o clock and my truck hasn’t moved. I told them that I was waiting and not leaving it. No one has come to me and given me an update or anything as to why it’s still sitting. Obviously others time isn't of importance. I will not allow them to steal any more of my time. If time is of importance to you DONT USE THEM!!!!!! Disregard what’s posted above. The manager heard my concerns and called me not long after I left the store. He made it right and got me in and out this morning in less than 30 minutes and no charge to me. That’s the customer service I can live with and promote. Until next time keep doing what you do."

"I have been going to Take 5 for a couple of months in Savannah and the service was outstanding. I went to the Hinesville location and again outstanding service. Adrian greeted me from the beginning and assisted me until the end. The manager Ryan followed up and when I pulled in provided me with a nice cold bottle of water. This is the best oil service I have had and will continue to come to them for service."
