"Tire service itself was decent, but came back to pickup my vehicle and my car was the only vehicle left on their public lot with my windows completely down. And my shoe collection in the rear of the vehicle. Not only that but upon starting my vehicle I realized they ran the AC at full power and completely drained my refrigerant in the middle of the summer. Would not recommend"
"I swear by this place. It isn’t just the product but the customer service. We live about an hour away, and one of the two cars we brought had wires showing. Before the cars could be brought in, the compressors went out for some reason. This left us only to come back later. When telling (who I assume to be) the manager our situation, he did what he had to to make it happen for us! I could go on & on but I am VERY appreciative of them. That’s amazing customer service & making it happen for your customers. I will be back & will always refer people."
"Go to this location if you need tires!! Best price and service. I can't say enough positive things about Hunter and this Discount Tire location. He was able to secure my hard to find tires within 16 hrs and price match a competitors online tires with no hassles. He went above and beyond making this expensive tire experience as positive as he could. Even when the shop was busy, I didn't observe any employee with a "ain't my job, can't be bothered attitude" that I experienced at several other tire shops recently. Highly recommend!"
