"From what I saw, the area is clean, people were attending to the children playing outside. What liked the most was the lack of loud Audio (boom, boom,boom) forms card as they drove in the neighborhood. You can visit with a friend without all of the loud musIc playing outside. Criticize me if you must. I was nice to visit a friend with all the loud music booming so loud that you can't sit outside a have good conversation. You would be surprised. With that being said, I enjoyed my visit. Thanks"
"I'm so glade to have new owners. Vineyard's make Eagle Creek Great Again there are a lot of older people here that has made it home and need landlord's that care about there residents and how the property looks. The manager Mrs Dymond is really working hard to make the tenant's feel at home again I'm so thankful for her I can call and get a answer now. She gets the job done. With my last manager I was told I was next to get my trailer washed and painted that was two year's ago and it never happened a long with other things. So with that being said I can say I'm happy with things and can't wait to see more improvements to come."
"Office management is very unreliable. I have been waiting for them to contact me regarding how much I owe for my home. And they have not contacted me. They just push it off. The trees near my home has become a problem, told management as well. Nothing to solve the problem. Cats everywhere! Dogs leaving their waste everywhere and owners not picking it up."
"There Building up here it's under Construction. But; very all it's a great place to live it's quite and safe. Maintenance is a little slow but they get the job done. The Manager; s the sweetest Ms Mary and she keeps the office so clean and professional put in your work order and the job gets done."
