"Tried to charge me $ 3.20 for " Print Fee" to print a label on a .10 cent piece of paper, for a large package to mail that my employer already paid them good money to ship. Plus I struggled to get the bulky box in the store not once, but twice. Once to get into the store and once to the counter and not one employee offered to help or use the dolly they had right there to get it taken back properly. Three employees stood there and watched me and another women struggle with our boxes. A customer offered to help but by then it was too late. So tell me exactly what I was being charged for? Certainly wasnt the service because I recieved none. Never again."
