"My fur baby has become obsessed with Lowe's. She will always try to head in that direction when we go for walks. She loves the garden department, and I love the friendly and helpful employees. If we go for something specific, I can always get help finding what I need as well as recommendations on best brands and instructions on use. I appreciate the help and that I am not made to feel out of place or less than because I am a woman."

"Every rep I spoke to was helpful and willing to show me where products were located. Riccardo (sp?) offered to and loaded my jeep with bags of rock and fertilizer. As a 75 yr old that really was a big help. THANKS.....:)"

"Ms. Marci in the appliances/ cabinet department was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in dealing with a 3rd party finance company that absolutely fell on their face. She helped us, stayed late and put hours of her time and focus on us to make sure we had the best experience she could provide. Not to mention her knowledge on the available products and the shipping circumstances while helping us choose the perfect product for us. This woman needs to be recognized by her employers for not just doing the bare minimum at her job, but giving the best customer service she could when things got hard and confusing due to the incompetence of a 3rd party lender. Give her a 1/1 AMTB, Premote ahead of peers. Next time I walk into my local kingsland lowes if I got questions that is who I'm going to."

"I had called 2 stores in Jacksonville and no one ever picked up but I got a live body here. I needed to verify an item was in stock since 4 stores in jax showed stock and didn’t have it. The person answers and said it was indeed in stock. I placed an online order and drove 21 miles to get it. When I arrived I was confronted a with a gay flag hanging from the register. Never mind I find it abominable, repulsive and offensive, I tried to look past it and get my item and leave. I asked if my order was ready and the answer was no and we don’t have anyone in electrical to get it. We won’t be getting it for you today. I said someone said you had it, I just drove 20 miles to get it and you will find someone to get it now. Once I made it clear the gay flag and the poor service was not going to be what I drove 20 miles for, they found someone to get my order. This store won’t see me again I unless I have no other options."
