"If I could give a 10 star review here, I would! Our Audi Q7 broke down on the highway and we had it towed to Royalty Auto in Kingsland. Their communication with me was absolutely on point. Ashlea made sure to keep me updated and over delivered! Mike, the technician who worked on our car, even took time out of his schedule to go over all the details of what had happened and how they solved the problem. And Tristan even came to pick us up at our hotel since we were traveling through Georgia when this happened. The team at this facility understood that there was a sense of urgency for us, since we were basically stranded without our car. "We’re not from the area but on our trip had a situation happen with our truck that needed to get checked out right away. The reviews for Royalty Auto do not disappoint because this was one of the coolest auto shops I’ve been to. They are very family oriented and you can tell all their customers have a trusting and long-lasting relationship with them just from their interactions with everyone waiting for their service. From the minute we called, Marly and Ashley were friendly and understanding of our concern with our vehicle and even managed to squeeze us in same day. Their inspection was unlike any we’ve experienced at an auto shop, as it was incredibly thorough- they provide you with a form afterwards that breaks down everything that was part of the inspection with images and explanations of their findings. One thing that I really loved, being that this is our only vehicle, is that they provide a shuttle for you to get to and from the shop if you are unable to stay and wait. Tammy was their driver, but in addition to the ride she also was great entertainment! We had some amazing conversations and got along well on the ride, which made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this shop as your go-to mechanic because of all the wonderful people and the pride they take in their work on your vehicles."

"My wife made a appointment to get an oil change last minute and they fit me in right away. Once I got there the next morning they were totally courteous and professional. When the car was ready they called and offered to bring the car to me for free. When he arrived he had a rose for her. When I got in the car they had totally cleaned it up, vacuumed and wiped it down. I will definitely use them again and would give them 10 stars if I could."
