Dirt’s Auto Mobile Tire Mechanic 5584 U.S. 301, Claxton, GA 30417

"Started out good. I told him where I was and type of tire, and he looked and couldn't find a used one and only had a new one. No problem. Said I'll take the new one. I asked how long you think it would be.? He replied. I don't know whenever i'm done with lunch. This was at. 11:30am. So I waited a little over an hour and called for an update. I asked hey just checking how much longer you think it will be? He replied pretty annoyed. I said whenever I get done with my lunch. So of course I asked. When is lunch over? Said I don't know around 12 or 12:30. He wasn't very clear on when he would be here, or even an estimated time. Or when his lunch is. Because there's no website or information on that. I understand if you're in the middle of a job can't come right away. Or if you are in the middle of lunch. Or if you're even just a one main crew. But if you're someone stranded in your car ninety eight degree weather heat, i'm sure any one would like an estimated time or communication of what's going on and if it's during lunch, when that lunch ends. Instead of assuming everyone knows your lunch. And leaving the customer in the dark. Still haven't heard anything at 1:40pm.. around 2:15pm they said the truck is running late... really?? Like I haven't figured that out yet. At 3:45pm I just left and found somewhere else. Horrible service, communication, just everything. It's 5:31pm as I'm typing this and still haven't heard from anyone. Should be ashamed to call yall a company or business if your even a licensed one or not"

"We are from out-of-town and in need of a new tire to travel back home. I called and spoke to someone at 8:07am and was told that he definitely had a used tire and needed to check on the status on a new tire. I asked how long it would take and was told it would be around 9:30am and he would let us know. We received our next call at 9:40am saying if we wanted a new tire we would have to buy a full set. That was not an option so we decided on a used tire and was told he could be at our location within an hour. We also asked about the tread on the used tire and if it was at least 50% or better and was informed that it was and that the tire treading was even. The guy arrived at our location at 12:20pm...much later than the 1 hour we were promised. The tire was almost bald on the side and the treading was definitely not even. We were told that was the best of his tires and it even looked like it had some metal in it. We refused the tire, but still had to pay $50 for nothing. Very poor service and communication. If you are in need of a tire, definitely look somewhere else unless you want to be ripped off."
