"It's been a year since my last visit to any Huddle House, so I was hesitant to eat the food again (got sick last time and service sucked). Let me say this...to have been short staffed, servers not showing up, we were greeted warmly and attended to promptly. I wasn't aware of the veggie amount change for the omelets, so I complained about the small amount in my omelet. The manager came back with my new omelet and explained about the amount changes with a smile on her face. I thanked her and had the most amazing omelet I've ever tasted. All the food that was served to me and my children was amazing. This location is amazing and will return when in Claxton"
"Our group had Kayla as our waitress. She was excellent! She was attentive to our needs and made certain our order was correct. The cook rely knows what he is doing. The food was great! The manager was great! The store is clean and the atmosphere is great!"
"This place is a great place to eat, it is the only place around here that you can get a good breakfast. The staff is friendly and attentive except for the Management. The last two times we have been the manager Dawn white had over worked and understaffed waitresses and sat back and never once offered to help. Today while here the soap in the woman's bathroom was empty. We mentioned it to our waitress who clearly was very busy. We watched as she mentioned it to the manager and saw her refuse to go take care of the situation. Dawn white has done nothing every time we have been here to help her staff, she walks around and sees trash on the floor, dirty tables,, and walks right past. These ladies work hard for little pay and this management is running off the best workers they have. Kudos to Kayla our waitress for taking care of us. We hope they don't run her off too. When selecting management maybe you should base it on work ethic not a title. While eating our food the chicken sandwich that was ordered for one of the kids was raw, asked for previous mentioned manager and her attitude towards the situation was less than concerned, this is unexcusable and not sure if we will be returning."
