"I normally won’t leave a public review but I’m extremely disappointed in my experience here the last two times. I left my vehicle the last week of June for a service and to have a few things repaired. It was in the service department for 3 days. Imagine the frustration of finding out that one of the major concerns was not addressed while there. I picked up my car anyway because we needed it to travel on vacation. On the way back home, while driving in the rain, one of my Windshield wipers disintegrates before my eyes. They could not get me back in for two additional weeks to address one of the original concerns, my driver’s side sidebar. I left it all day today (again, I have four kids with no means of transportation), dropping off at 8 am. At 2:30 p.m. when I check on the status of the repairs I am asked to leave it an additional day. I explain that I cannot. I’m not offered a vehicle to drive in that time. I get to the dealership to find out that my car has NOT been touched all day- nothing, so my kids and I have been without transportation for a full day with no explanation. Then I’m asked to bring it again and leave it the following week. This is poor, poor customer service."

"We had a flat on I16 and ended up in Claxton looking around for a tire shop. They were open until 1 and even though we arrived at 12 they did not want to help us. Poor service and lazy employees!"

"They sold me a messed up car. Bad transmission, bad headlights( water gets in) some electronics don't work. To top it off i was told my payments were going to be one thing and it ended up being much higher. When i went to talk to them about all the stuff they washed their hands and try to blame it on someone other dealer.I wouldn't ever do business with them even if they begged me."

"Wanted to add an Update. This company ran my credit two more times after I purchased a car without my permission. Be very careful with them!! Bought a car from them, price and negotiation were good. Post sale assistance is poor. Had to ask 4 times for paperwork, never received the second key. Make sure you get everything you need at the time of sale."
