"I went to this salon yesterday and was treated horribly. The girl that did my pedicure never looked at me except to frown at me. I don't think she even used the color I chose. I hate to give this salon even one star. Will tell my friends about my bad experience. Never been treated this bad anywhere."

"Not going to lie. I wasn’t super impressed my first visit but I’m glad I decided to give them a second chance because I met Lien! She was AMAZING and I love my nails this time. She took her time made sure I was satisfied every step of the way and was super sweet I will be calling her for appointments now! She did a phenomenal job!"

"We went for a pedicure and our experience differed. Eileen worked on my friend and my friend was very pleased. Eileen was attentive and had a cheery attitude. My friend said she felt Eileen enjoyed their interactions and her job, which made my friend relax and enjoy the experience. My friend also loved the job Eileen did on her feet. She was gentle when cutting nails and was careful to treat callused areas. My friend said she would wholeheartedly recommend Eileen even for her mother or grandmother. My experience was different. The older lady who worked on me didn’t seem happy, did not talk to me at all - even to ask my preferences although she occasionally spoke some language to the lady next to me - cut to the quick on a toe, used a thick gloppy polish and left my heels dry, rough, and raspy. I have heel calluses and when they need more treatment the salons usually ask me - so I just assumed she was able to treat them when she didn’t say anything. But no. She simply did a pedicure and didn’t mention my calluses were still thick and ugly. She also left my heels dry and coarse. I have never left a salon with heels that bad. She apparently did not care about her job or me at all. I don’t even want to post a pic as my heels are so embarrassing. My friend loved Eileen and will be back. Its unlikely I will be back. (We waited about half an hour and the place was busy.)"

"This place is great! I came to Tip N Toe after having a horrible experience with The Nail Place. I almost didn't try another salon because I was so upset after my experience with them. I'm so glad I did because Allie was amazing! I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was great also! They were both so sweet to me and did such a great job on my nails. I will be back for sure!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Kids running around.. the lady who I assume runs the shop came in telling all the girls "hey sign your name to your stuff, I can't keep doing it.. sign your name sign your name ladies" very unprofessional. I didn't get everything they listed for a deluxe pedicure. I still had scrub on my legs and she started painting my nails.. REALLY??? Never rubbed my feet with lotion not even once!! Or legs!!!... people get pedicures to have their feet feel good and to relax.. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED HERE!! You would get better service at a Walmart nail shop! She was rushing then put a fan with the cord draped all over my feet and ankles to dry the polish in between coats.. who does this? It was a joke!! I will not be back and I will make sure I tell people just how pathetic the service was and how unprofessional the lady who runs it is. I am taking it that a family owns it by them saying dad this and dad that. Full conversations on their phones while giving services... the list goes on and on.. including a better ventilation system. As you can see my toes are drying while she is removing the scrub. And wiped it off.. didn't rinse it. I still had grit all over my legs when I got in the car! As I was getting ready to pay she told me what I owed and said ok bye. I just took a deep breath paid and left."
