"So I just purchased a closure from this place 15 minutes ago! Change my mind and wanted to exchange it didn’t even ask for my money back. Lady insisted that I open it up never even took the package out my car but she claimed that the hair wasn’t the way she gave it to me. Maybe if she didn’t stick it upside down the bag it would’ve been the same way but I guess her poor packaging skills render the closure on sellable or returnable. Long story short won’t be shopping anymore didn’t even want my money back just want to change for something different very poor customer service."
