"The staff was super nice and helped fix an issue from another salon!!!! The other salon had done my fingernails 2 times in 4 days. That didn't even last 12 hrs before it was peeling off and had an attitude when I went back to have it fixed."
"Just moved to Brunswick and wanted to find a new nail “home” since I frequently visit nail salons. I can say one thing, this won’t be it. They are appointment only, which is perfectly fine but the demeanor in which the lady spoke to me is not. The salon appears very outdated on the inside and they only had two patrons so it looks like I won’t be missing much."

"I showed up for my 930 appointment, there were 2 technicians working on 80+year old women. After sitting for 20 minutes I asked if I was waiting for my technician to show up! She wasn’t going to be in for another 30minutes! NO communication at all! They would have just let me sit there!! This was my first and LAST time here!! The salon itself is super dated and smelled really bad!"
"Sorry it’s up to the nail tech to provide quality service in the first place….not a 15 year old child who has never had her nails done before. Niece got acrylic and gel polish on toes for homecoming. Acrylic on nails is super thick, gel polish on her nails is not opaque and the color is a dark green. Requested same color on toes in gel polish and color is completely different. I feel so bad that she’s stuck with these nails. Im sure the owner will have some excuse or rude response…please don’t waste your time responding. Your nail tech was careless….no excuse for that."
