"Friendly owner/employees. Great pricing and awesome muffler work on a 1978 Z28. One of the only shops that was available to do the work. Did a great job and told it like it was and would be."
"Still waiting on our money back. !!! Don't waste your time here. Crazy how people say he's good. Robbed us of 2000 bucks; never did any of what he said he was. Ford confirmed he never did what we paid for."
"A 5 hour trip turned into a 12 hour odyssey. Stranded for hours. Skin a shade red as the Georgia sun beat down on the black car. Before the journey, my younger sibling had work done on their vehicle. My wife, who is a whole human being in her own right, was using our only vehicle to go to work, so the only way to attend my cousin's wedding in Savannah was to carpool. I asked my younger sibling to drive us and we agreed to leave about mid-morning the day of the rehearsal dinner. The wave of anxiety washed over me when we hit the road. A low humming reverberated from the vehicle. I asked if they felt comfortable proceeding and they assured me they did. A few hours pass and I felt more comfortable. A sudden snap rang out followed by skittering from the vehicle's water pump on asphalt. The car protested and moaned as it drifted to the nearest turn lane on the the highway. First, call their insurance for a tow. I have no way of explaining where I am other than "I'm north of Swainsboro", and result to sending coordinates to the insurance customer service representative. Through miscommunication at best and utter negligence for customer care at worst, my sibling's insurance sends a tow truck from East Atlanta. They say it'll be 3 hours before they arrive at our location. After a few calls lacking any sort of traction to fix the issue, we concede to wait it out. The insurance company already contracted this tow company. I was tired of the run around. I called around to see if there was an automotive shop that could help us, but there was no way we could get to any of them before they closed. In a last ditch effort I looked again and I found it. The Goodfellas Automotive & Performance shop was open until 6:00 PM. After having a pleasant and humble conversation over the phone they agreed to stay open for us. A true team of life savers after the gear ginding conversations I recently endured. We arrived at the shop and the problem was diagnosed right away. Goodfellas went above and beyond to accommodate us. They couldn't get the part that day and said they would do their best to get it on Saturday. Yes, they are open on Saturday. Goodfellas offered to give us a ride to Walmart. We accepted with perfuse gratitude and posted up by the vending machines with our wedding attire and suitcases. We did some research to find a rideshare/taxi and came to the conclusion that we were truly stranded. We finally resigned to asking for help from our father who gladly began the two and a half hour journey to pick us up. There we sat; missing the rehearsal dinner and snacking on captain crunch cereal bars. Biding our time and catching up. We piled everyting in his car, an he reminiced on the time he was stranded heading to Savanah with a boat on a trailer. His father went through a lengthy ordeal to help him out. My situation with my sibling was considered as paying it forward. A good ending to a big day. I am greatful for Goodfellas and they have earned my trust. Thank you, Goodfellas for your generosity. I have passed on the kindness on more than one occasion and will continue to do so. tl;dr This shop should be your top choice if you need work on a vehicle in the surrounding area. These are kind people and provide fantastic work at an honest price. I wish only the best for their business."
"Good morning yes I went to see about a part and they were so helpful and nice. You need to go there for all your service needs. You want regret it."
"Ask for Shaye when visiting. Honest, hardworking man who I would trust with my life. He genuinely cares about his customers but be aware that some parts are ordered from scrapyards; so some parts ordered maybe worn out but he is upfront about the whole process. Thanks again Shay. $25 mechanic checks for any possible repairs."
