"We've stayed here for all our yearly visits to see our families. Only one time did we ever have a problem. We reserved a first floor room because of my arthritis but was given a second floor room. They gave us a discount and I slowly managed the stairs for this one visit. Overall, very pleased with this hotel and the staff."

"We stayed 1 night using Delta Sky miles points. This is a budget hotel and that was my expectation. The room was immaculate, comfortable beds, very clean. Even though it was a non smoking room it still smelled like it had been smoked in, so I could not give it 5 stars. This was mentioned in other reviews so you would think management would pay attention and have the rooms treated. The desk staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast offering was well done. Pancake machine, Eggs, Sausage, home fries. Multiple pastries fruits and cereals. The breakfast did add a lot of value to our stay as we were not lingering in town and needed to get on the road. The hotel did not have many guests so it was very quiet. Definitely a good option if you need a clean room for one night and don't want anything to fancy."

"Check-in was quick and pleasant, BUT check out was quicker! The first room my daughter and I went into, 1 bed had various types or hair on it and under the sheets. I went back to the service desk with pictures and was moved to another room. The smell of Marijuana was quite strong on our way to the room, and again, we found hair...pubic hair and a bloody booger smeared on the wall. I took the keys and told them there was a pubic hair and bloody booger this time, so we were out. One of the ladies did say I am sorry about that. Never again! We just left about 10 mins ago. The same hairs are sure to remain in 228 and 114."
