"Great, almost closing time but very nice about helping before they closed. Thumbs up!!!!!"
"I paid over 200.00 for a car battery almost exactly one year ago. The battery had a 4 year warranty. Took the battery to advance auto parts in Swainsboro, GA yesterday. I already knew the battery had a bad cell. I was also told by a sales person that the battery was bad. But the store refused to honor their warranty. Went to a store in Ft Valley, GA. This store checked the same battery. Told me it was bad and gave me a new battery free of charge. Be careful what you buy from this Swainsboro store."
"Reina at the Cobb Pkwy Marietta location was super helpful. Some of the best customer service I have had anywhere. She deserves a raise! Use her in your tv ads! Advertise her as the epitome of great customer service! I'm not tgat easily impressed by retail employees. She gets my vote for employee of the year."
"Not far from Main street, 2 cashiers. They were both hard working, friendly and definitely knowledgeable. Young lady just walked in from helping someone else outside. I had just picked up my item and she was already logged back into her draw and waiting for me with a beautiful attitude on a cloudy/rainy day. Wish more folks display this type of customer service."
"Went here yesterday and spoke with Kevin who was very helpful in getting me the cables I needed to run current to my motor. He told me if I had trouble with anything just bring it back with my receipt. After I got home I realized the cables I got were copper-plated and I needed 100% copper (welding wire) to provide enough current. Following Kevin's advice I brought the cables back this morning and the older gentleman who I assume was the manager (John) said they do not take cables back. I told him I had spoken with Kevin yesterday and he told me I could return them if there was a problem. The manager then said well what is the problem? I told him these wires were copper-plated and I needed 100% copper. He then proceeds to tell me it doesn't see where that should matter and he has never had anyone else complain. I really felt that because I was a woman he thought I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about and was completely dismissive. When other employee in the store even confirmed what Kevin had told me about the cables the manager started to chastise him in front of us that they don't do that and he would be telling Kevin that do. Mistakes happen. I understand that. If anything it is the managers fault that he hasn't educated his employees on the policy and then in front of customers was not the time to reprimand them. Good business states that when one if your employees tells a customer that you will do something, even if it is against policy, you lick your calf over and do it. Afterwards you remind the employee of the policy. You don't talk down the customer like they are an idiot because they took your employees at their word. Went back later and got someone different who took back the cables no problem and helped me find the right solution. My advice to any woman who doesn't want to be talked down to and treated like a complete idiot while shopping here is if you go while John is there just go back when he is not. The other guys in the store are much more knowledgeable and helpful. They are actually interested in helping you fix the problem rather than trying to prove they know more than you."
