"Wanted a quick and 20 min pedicure to pamper myself . I have no clue where she went snd had to get someone to take off the cold towels .I don’t understand why I couldn’t rest my feet in the already filled water While she cut and I’m assuming was the deluxe spa . Anyway yeah it was quick alright and $60 bucks later when it clearly stated $45 on the board Super upset"

"They're very very very good and neat with how they do your nails, and styles that you request for. The only thing that bothers me and sometimes I feel like they are talking about you or others within each other. They can sometimes be very rude towards you and ask really personal questions as well."

"I love NY. They are usually pretty busy which can be frustrating , but that is because the services they provide are excellent!! Their staff is wonderful and my nails always look great."

"Never had a complaint about my nails and nothing major about my pedicures but I find it rude and unprofessional for an establishment to speak in their native language servicing English speaking patrons. English is spoken by the workers until there's a problem, complaint, or issue. The techs speak to each other as though they're discussing or complaining about their clients. I pay $100 or better every 2-4 weeks depending on what I have going on, I should never feel talked about, complained about, or negatively discussed when I'm paying for a service"

"IF THIS REVIEW KEEPS ONE CUSTOMER FROM GOING IN, I'VE DONE MY JOB!! PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW! First I must say that I have OCD. I don't feel like I should share that with everyone so today I did not. But I will share it with you now because of the service I received from this nail salon today! I went in for a gel polish fill in and a pedicure. I sat down in the chair and they handed me a big basket full of gel colors. I asked the technician if they had the polish that had the combination of gel and regular polish in the same color. At first she started asking me, "What color are you looking for"? I told her I wanted the polish that matched. Some of you probably know if they don't have the kind that matches, the regular polish usually does not match. It's usually off a little bit. Anyway, after I asked her if they had a specific brand which is called DND that has a matching gel and regular polish she said "yes". My pedicure starts first and everything is going great. The lady that was doing my toes didn't speak English well but once she started painting my toes I told her the color was darker than what I picked. She was talking to another woman there and I told the other woman not to worry about it since she was almost done. Then I get up to go get my fill in with gel polish and low and behold the gel polish is what I wanted on my toes as well just in regular polish. I still didn't say anything I let her finish and I paid. I then made a comment to her that she should be honest with her customers if they don't have the matching polish. She knew what I asked for and just lied and took it upon herself to find a color close from the regular polish. She went ballistic! She was going over to the polish board trying to find the polish that was on my feet and trying to tell me that the polish on my feet match the polish on my hands. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO). She could have made more money off of me if she had told the truth because I would have gotten a French manicure and pedicure instead. Because of my OCD, I have to match. I was not rude to her! All I said was she should be truthful to her customers about not having the matching polish. Very rude! Very unprofessional!!!! She told me, and these were her words to me: "They match, you can call the DND company!" Then she says "All we do is buy the polish from the company!". She was raising her voice to me after I made a simple comment about being truthful to her customers. When I was walking out the door, she said to me: "Unbelievable!!". I told her I would make sure I put that part on this review. In my opinion , she was the one who was "Unbelievable". She was rude when she didn't have to be! I went back in, after I calmed down, because I didn't tip the pedicure lady. I had a nice tip for both of them until she decided to act like she did! A lesson for you ma'am, kindness & honesty will get you so much further in life! I'm a business owner and I would never be rude to a customer who was just making a statement. Thank you that is all!!"
