"The bath was fine. She did a great job on his claws. I was not impressed with the aggressive text message telling me that they must be picked up promptly or incur a ridiculous fee as they knew we were staying in the area. They said they’d text when they were 30 minutes from finishing and they didn’t do that. All in all, an okay visit but we won’t be back. Edit: You’re absolutely right. My apology’s. It was a place in Fernandina Beach. Lacey highly recommended you but you weren’t taking large dogs at the time."
