"I understand that it’s summer and it’s hot. I called made an appointment for four days later that’s fine. It was 87° inside my house like I said it’s summer. The man showed up and he cleaned out my air conditioner, and to be honest there was a lot of debris inside. He also found a softball in there, so it had been a while since it had been cleaned out Man charge me $177 which I thought was very reasonable. We turned the air on before he left seem to be working. He left anyway we called the next day to have him come back out because it’s still 87° in my house I have tried calling and my husband has tried calling every day for the last two weeks now , I just got a message saying they’re closed. I think that’s totally unacceptable. Feel free to comment because I will read these. That’s not the way of business should be run. It’s now two weeks since he has been out and I still have no air conditioning my husband is 83 and I’m 67 is this how they treat the elderly I don’t think so , it’s not acceptable"
