But the older lady could use some pointers on how to treat a customer (unless everytime I had to deal w her she was having a "bad day". This store almost always has what i am looking for..."

"There is so much clutter and extra merchandise everywhere all the time it makes me avoid this store. It also does not help that the floors are consistently dirty. I get that sales are the priority but the shopping experience is horrible. Meanwhile, the staff are very helpful. I have to wonder why the appearance of the store is not a priority...."
