"My car battery went dead so I called Napa in Hazlehurst, GA. to price a new one. My wife and I are both disabled and not able to get around like we used to. A young man answers the phone ( his name was Alex). He checked the inventory and he had one in stock. He understood our situation and told me that I could pay over the phone and he would bring it out and install it himself. Within 2 hours he arrived to do the job. Alex was top notch and very friendly. During all this pandemic it was great to have a young man willing to step up and help those in need."
