Not everyone knows how to work on German made cars. This man drives a BMW and is very knowledgeable and competent with fixing all makes and models. My window regulator needed replacing and I also had to have a new AC compressor put in. The owner was very good at explaining things to me and answering any questions I had. He also said how long the job should take to complete. If the job takes him longer than the allotted amount of time, he never charges extra for it.
