"The people there are rude. The older lady that does the regular painting is very rough when doing nails she cuts you with the nail drill. And then when you snatch away to let her know it hurts she hits your hand or snatch your hands back"
"I was acknowledged once during the 45 minutes I waited. I then waited another 10 minutes in a chair after being told they would “be right with me”. At this point it was about 10 minutes before closing time. I fully believe they waited in the back of the store until I got mad enough to leave so they wouldn’t have to stay past closing time. If you can’t service your customer, at least tell them before they waste their valuable time."
