"I sat at New Nails for about 10 to 15 minutes to get just a fill in. A lady came in about 10 minutes after I did. And the man put her in the chair before me. That was not professional at all first come first serve if you don’t have appointments. They will NOT/NEVER get my business. He was so rude."

"I'm a new mother whom hardly had any time for myself lately. My family and I were leaving town for a much needed vacation with not a lot of time to spare, so I specifically chose this nail salon because business was slow for them during that hour. I prefer it this way ANYWHERE because service is usually more personal. I realize that I could've walked into a disaster as it was my first time visiting this salon, luckily my experience was nothing short of great. I asked if I could get my hand and toenails painted (without full mani and pedi) along with brows waxed. The nail technician did just that and she did a dang great job at it. I could tell that she takes great pride in what she does. I asked her, "why doesn't it turn out for me this way when I try to do this for myself at home?" To which she straightforwardly replied, "Because we do this everyday." She is most definitely right and it shows through the work. Before I left she was marveling at my family photos I showed her. I will definitely visit again, but only doing a slow hour as I stated before, I like it that way."

"I went to New Nails today. It was a wonderful experience. Nina was my nail tech. She took her time. My nails were severely damaged from previous salon. They were filed down into my own nail and just needed some tlc. Whenever I'd get my nails done it would look like I needed a fill in as soon as I leave because they'd file them down so much at the cuticle. Nina took her time and I am ever so grateful. Perhaps I've found a new nail home. I might add that they are very affordable."

"The guy was nice that greeted me. The two girls were at a desk on their phone, one with headphones. The headphones did my pedicure. I had a problem with that because I ask her please cut them short, I wasn't aware she wouldn't hear me. She was not friendly at all but she did do a good job. When I left I gave her spoke to the man that checked me out and I explained it to him. He assured me he would speak to her to not wear earphones that don't let her hear directions from the customer. I will try them again because he is professional and friendly."

"There are three girls that works there. The owner had to tell one girl to go take care of a customer and she sat on her phone. The customer was on her phone and she went back to get on her phone. The one young lady did her job with my friend!! They just acted like they didn't want to be there. Shout out to the young lady that did her job."
