Pizza Hut 961 South 1st Street, Jesup, GA 31545

"Terrible. Pizza Hut went from being the standard to being the worst of all pizza restaurants. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. What I received was a very overcooked pizza with hard cheese and zero to very little sauce. I also ordered a Melt that was very overcooked with no sauce visible. Pizza Hut sent me a coupon for a free pizza as a apology of sorts. However...when I went to use it it would not work. So I went to try again. Now it said the coupon was no longer valid though it was issued that same day. ​I then checked my order history to discover that there was an order there for absolutely nothing, no pizza, no items at all...but I used the coupon for it. So I used the coupon to order absolutely nothing? How is nothing even an order? I called the store...no knowledge of any order using the code...an order for nothing. I just came to terms with the fact Pizza Hut is now the very last place anyone should order pizza. I ended up going to Pizza Inn. Very good pizza. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly. Pizza was hot and great. Haven't been able to say that about Pizza Hut for several years now. ​"

"Ordered two pizzas: New York Pepperoni with extra cheese and a large (like a supreme) with extra cheese. Received no pepperoni, no extra cheese, pizza and crust had zero seasonings, was not completely cooked, no garlic, very little sauce. It was bland, dry, raw, and nasty! Save yourself the hassle. Go to Red Hill Country Store on GA 169. Large pizza with everything and extra cheese is less than $15 and delicious! $40 with checkout tip for absolutely no service. This is our last order from Pizza Hut! What a waste!"

"The only reason service got 2 stars is the DoorDash person who delivered it. Which we didn’t order through door dash. Our pizza was cold, the apple pies were mashed up into pieces and half down so they went into the trash. The bread sticks was literally just pizza dough no seasoning. For a 25-30 minute order ended up taking almost an hour or more to be delivered. Dont recommend and will not order again."

"As a former pizza hut manager I am disappointed in the quality here. Stuffed crust pizza was dry. My medium pizzas toppings seemed to be below spec. Pizzas and bread sticks were not cut correctly or up to specifications. Was shorted 18 wings of a 48 wing order, had to bring them back. Was shorted a pizza, received an empty box. Had to return and get my pizza. I warn future customers if you receive an order here. Make sure you check it in front of them. Will not be returning to this pizza hut."

"I ordered the spicy double pepperoni and a meat lovers stuffed crust. The staff was professional and my order got done on time. As you can see on my receipt I ordered double pepperoni, but I don't think they added double pepperoni. I think they added double cheese. It was a minor issue. Both pizzas tasted good. I only recommend the server to repeat the order back to the customer when they order on the phone. I will order from here again."
