"I don’t know who needs to hear this - corporate or whomever, but your company is not shining too bright these days. Your poor employees can’t properly assist customers when the system won’t process a simple return and the store’s WiFi is down! Last Thursday I needed to return an accessory. A system technical error would allow the refund to be processed. Today, Tuesday, I made the thirty minute drive again to attempt the refund. Six days after the first refund attempt and the system still has the same error. The poor employees tried a lot of different ways to get the return to go thru….tried to hook my brand new phone (purchased three weeks ago from this store) to their WiFi….only to find the Wifi was down. Not looking good, Verizon. At. All. The manager said she’s done a credit to my bill. After this experience, I have left the store with a pit in my stomach wondering if THAT will be able to be processed. We’ve been customers of Verizon’s for over a decade. This is just craziness that a simple accessory return has to be so difficult, let alone thru a company that is supposed to be tech. I do appreciate the help of the store employees tho."

"New customer! Purchased 2 new IPhone 15 pros, 2 cases, 2 screen protectors, & 2 blocks over the phone with a Verizon representative, did an in store pick up. The lady that waited on me went in the back got the items handed them to me & sat back down. I then asked how do I activate them I’m switching services to Verizon. She then seemed annoyed to help. She writes a number down & hands it to me. I’m like ok and this will transfer service? I also ask if they installed the screen protectors. She seemed very annoyed to have to help. Barely spoke & it was like playing the guessing game bc she hardly said anything. She quickly did the activation only for my phone to not work for 24 hrs & I had to come back into the store. On the 2nd day at the store it wasn’t much more pleasant. Idk who the man was walking around telling the manager to do certain things(while she was helping me) but he was very rude & seemed extremely annoyed. As a new customer, the customer service definitely has me reconsidering my decision to switch."

I left with a smile, wonderful new Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra, and great experience. Another customer and I even talked in the parking lot about how great the employees and atmosphere was.
