"While Dr. Nelson is very efficient the amount of time wasted before the appoint and in the room waiting for him is very inconsiderate. I understand every patient is different and each needs different care but consistently I’m never seen in a timely manner and it waste a big amount of my day. The staff is very kind otherwise. The front desk is a little confusing in the Dothan location. I arrived 20 minutes early for my 10:10 appointment and wasn’t finished with my office visit until 1140. Again the Doctor is very knowledgeable and efficient ."
