Domino's Pizza

"I waited over 10 minutes on drive through. I was the only one in line. The worker would look over at the window and not even acknowledge I was there. I'm very upset and disappointed in the service. Also my three pizzas were just sitting there, when I pulled up."

"The app only updated on my end with my contact info but not on the store end. The delivery driver couldn't reach me and returned to the store. I called and was told that even though the driver had just returned to the store and still there, I wouldn't be able to receive my order because they didn't have any drivers. I literally signed up for text alerts and was receiving updates to my current number but somehow they were unable to reach me via phone or email. The employee was argumentative and unprofessional. While on hold I was hung up on and had to call back. . Nevermind the link with doordash for their driver services. This guy had the worst customer service I have ever seen from Dominos. Needless to say, I was refunded because delivery isn't part of the job description at Domino's. I guess it's all in who you know. Horrible horrible experience. Honestly they deserve 0 stars but I understand that it's not the establishment, the problem lies within the employees and management."

"We order from Domino's every couple weeks or so and have never had a pronlem. This last order we received was by far the worst. We had 2 12" Handtoss Pizza, extremely cheese, add pepperoni. And 1 9 piece Cookie Brownie. One Pizza came not even as ordered and then the cookie brownie was by far the worst one ever. It was burnt near about it. My kids, myself, think the brownies are the best but this time completely a huge disappointment. If I didn't live 20-30 min away- I would have completely turned around to have them remake my order. As you can see on top of receipt, it also has burn makes ar around that top."
