"I appreciated the fact that they came to me to clean my car which was done decently, but the service overall wasn’t great. They were 3 hours late to my appointment and then weren’t done when I had to leave. Since my car wasn’t washed, I paid for the interior cleaning and went about my business. The guy called me and said he had to rise off whatever they put on my tires and followed me where I was going. He then decided to wash my car and demand that I paid him for it, when I didn’t ask for it to be done. The inside windows were not washed, there was detail work around the shifter that wasn’t complete, the center console was dusty, and my trunk wasn’t vacuumed. To top it all off they popped off and lost my shift lock cover causing me to have to pay $30 to replace it. You're better off cleaning your car yourself."
