"Although the selection of merchandise is great, the store lacks structure and organization. They are never staffed adequately, racks are everywhere, blocking off other merchandise and the staff they do have are not customer service driven. I rarely write reviews but the other day I went and spent about $120, just for the cashier checking me out to be completely distracted answering her phone that she didn’t even bag my candles. I had to carry them out. She didn’t acknowledge me at all during the check out process. She then proceeds to talk to the manager, who was complaining about lunch breaks. Mind you, it was not busy at all at the time. Love to shop here but improvements are dyer."
"The sizes are jumbled up together but there are many options and you can find some name brand products for cheap price. Some of workers are rude but some of them are pretty kind and fast especially the girl who had cute curly hair at the counter was so sweet :)"

"Stop to get a few items for Father's Day. Also, I saw cute items for the charcuterie boards. But the icing on the cake was the customer service. Ms. Aujah was very nice.
