"Went in to get shoes. The young gentleman with glasses was awesome, he greeted me and asked if I needed help. Now the manager on the other hand, older with glasses, shoulder length hair is a rude individual. No customer service etiquette. I brought a pair of shoes up to the counter, they started off at $54.99. There's a discount tag on them in the aisle that says was $44.99, now they're $34.99. The manager didn't believe me and basically had to do 2 transactions because she had to refund me. Such an inconvenience for no reason.. nothing wrong with doing a price check."

"Short answer the service was horrible, but they had what I was looking for. I was looking for the baby walking shoes. I didn't know what size to buy since the first pair I bought was too big. The cashier acted as of I was bothering her. But I event figured it out and purchased what I needed because they were the only ones who had my baby's size; otherwise I would've left it!"

"Shorter, older lady with glasses closed up 15 minutes early when I tried to get some shoes after work. No biggie, I figured I'll just come back the next day. Got there 10 minutes after they should have opened and the same lady was inside the store, not wearing her mask. She didn't have a problem coming to unlock the door with an attitude and telling me I can't come in without a mask, as she is not wearing a mask. Thanks, but I ordered shoes on Amazon instead. I wear a mask anywhere that asks me politely.... while they observe their own rules."
