"Very very Rude unprofessional ( w me and other guest I saw doing business w her) she overcharged me by estimate and it came to 400$ they did a basically decent job but her employee cuss me and he threatened to keep my vehicle over the holiday weekend bc my bank marked her repeated attempts to bill me w a cellular device as fraud (not my fault or with in my control) it was ridiculous how they behaved, just absolutely mean spirited ghetto type riff raff types and way of conducting business who verbally and financially violated me , she ran my debit card up 3 different times on her phone device for the exuberant charges."

"Holy wow! I travel for work (construction) with my two dogs and drive into paper mills. You can imagine how dirty and smelly my car was. I had dog hair on every surface and embedded into the seat and carpets. They were very upfront about the cost and how long it would take when I got there and they looked in it. Upon picking it up…. It looked and smelled like I was buying it at the dealership. No dog hair. Every nook and cranny scrubbed. I’m not from here but if I’m ever back in the area working at the paper mill I will for sure be back! Worth every penny!"
