"We live in Washington state and do business with a shared credit union there and have transferred money back and forth in the past with a family member who resides here. Your name was Army Aviation at that time. We entered your branch today and stood in line for at least 10 minutes before we went to the counter. My purpose was to break 2 100 dollar bills into 10 20's. These were not counterfeit currency. I provided my driver license and an account number for WSECU in Washington state. The teller kind of sighed and said she could not break our large bills. I told her I had transferred money there in the past when it was Army Aviation. I said we would go to Walmart and they broke our bills. I thought your facility was in the service business. I was in the service business for over 40 years and tried to go over and beyond to help.people. I will never ask another favor from your non service organization and you can take that to the bank!"
