"PLEASE READ. I don't have any experience with this company but let me warn you, DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE REGIONAL HOMES OF DOTHAN. The are sweet as sugar through the buying process but as soon as you have to deal with their service department it's pure hell. I have been dealing with them over my insulation that their service guy cut over 2 years ago and they have sent 3 different people here to fix it, which was just taping to back that didn't hold. Needs to be sealed completely the way it was originally. Now they say they can't fix it because my Warrenty has run out and on top of that there have been a whole lot more issues that I don't even have time to explain. Buy from someone who sells a quality product and will back it up after its purchased because you won't get it from REGIONAL HOMES."

"6 months after moving in and still can’t get them out to fix the issues . I am regretting buying this house so much! The quality of the build is horrible! I bought one not on the lot and did a virtual walk through . I regret that so much. Make sure to do a good walk through. You can not do that when they are in pieces! The laundry room is barely even usable do to the way they set it up. The dryer has to be in the doorway, the master bath plumbing is messed up. The kitchen flooded from the sink and dishwater not being hooked up properly. Sliding door has never worked. Cabinets knobs didn’t fit. Nails sticking out all over. Everything from the build, set up and finishing has been a nightmare. Let’s see if this post will get someone to finally call me back!"
