Tonight my pickup was a little late and I emailed rather than calling, and they called me within probably 30 seconds of me hitting send to say they’d gotten my email and to provide an update. The laundry service itself is perfect too. You estimate the weight but they charge you on the real weight. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but the fact that they charged me less than the estimate shows they’re honest too! Tremendous experience every time from start to finish."
