"My whites came back from wash/fold grungy and stained. See this brand new white face towel for example, which has blotchy blue stains. It had never been washed before. My white T-shirts are dull and greyed. They obviously don’t separate whites from darks, which is laundry 101. Some of my darker items are still visibly dirty too, even though they smell clean. I’ve been doing wash fold for years at a Porter Square Dry Cleaners (who are on vacation this week) and have never had this happen."
