"The cleaners might be okay, but do NOT use their tailoring/alteration service. Extremely overpriced (and they won’t tell you the price up front but only upon pickup). Poor customer service. And mediocre quality at best."

"This place is easily the best cleaners/tailor in the neighborhood. Took them a pile of stuff—clothes to be adjusted; stain I couldn’t remove; normal dry cleaning—and they did it all in record time. Also forgot to mention I wanted a tear in a pair of pants fixed and they did it anyway. Highly recommend."

"Great cleaners and do really solid hemming. Everything comes out very clean and well folded and cared for. I've never smelled a 'chemical' smell which I like. They say they use environmentally friendly organic chemicals. Not sure what it is they use, but, my experience has been good and vastly better than the terrible dry-cleaner on Concord and Huron. I'm not sure about the review of the person asking for a discount because a mistake was made. Sounds like the mistake was corrected, is pretty bold to even ask for a discount."

"I was impressed by the attention to detail when I took three pairs of pants to be hemmed. I had asked for the pants to be made two inches shorter. Later I got a call from the cleaners who wanted to double check on those instructions. The woman who called was concerned because one pair of pants was shorter than the others, and if she followed my instructions the pants would end up with different inseam lengths. I explained that I had assumed that they were the same length, because they were different colors of exactly the same pants which I had purchased at the same time. We agreed that she would decrease the inseam of the longest pair by two inches and then give the other pants the same inseam length. Her call made me feel like my pants were in good hands."

"Sparkle Cleaner's gave my dry cleaning to someone else with a "similar" name. They then called this person and had them return my clothes. I had to come back in the next morning in order to get my clothes. I asked if there would be any sort of discount for this huge inconvenience only to have the owner yell at me for 5 minutes and then charge me full price. I understand people make mistakes but recognizing and compensating customers for a store's mistake is part of basic customer service. I would have brought my dry cleaning here every two weeks for the next year however due to this terrible customer service I am now writing my first ever online review and will not return to this business."
