"I’ve lived in Norwood 30 years, and in the last 2 years, I started going to Rama. Honestly, I don’t know how to illustrate how rude, abrasive, and aggressive the female owner of this dry cleaning store is. Her husband is kind and professional, but his wife who also works there full time is truly unkind and will actively use an aggressive voice with customers. I’m all about being direct, but her level of angry attitude has driven me to never give them my business again and to also drive further for a more professional dry cleaning store. Also, their store hours are so odd and short, and I believe that they lost one of the suits I brought in for dry cleaning. I was able to tolerate their odd hours and even losing my clothes at times, but her aggression with customers has left me in awe and has led me to never giving them business again."
