"Machines have mold in the detergent holes. Machine glass doors are quite dirty. The machines also steal your money. Someone has to maintenance these machines and get the moldy smell out the location I think there’s a leak because there was a weird smell. Also really expensive considering the machines and condition. Ghetto places should have ghetto prices you cannot charge top dollar for poor service. I washed my clothes but Im not happy. Also the change machine only takes 10$ 5$ and 1$ bills says it takes 20$ but it doesn’t not. Then the bill changed was out of service. Overall bad experience"

"I tried this laundromat recently since Bubbles Up was temporarily closed. The change machine and the washer and dryer worked. However, I thought it was too expensive and it had a cramped layout. When it was close to 10 PM, the attendant/?owner arrived and I explained that I was almost done even though there were no posted hours to be found. He left and was spending time on his phone outside the shop when the light went out. I had to summon him to return to turn on the lights so I could finish. Weird vibes."

"Dragged my 3 bags of laundry from lot 100 yards away only to find both change machines broken. Looked around at the broken machines and trash everywhere and decided to patronize a real laundromat that takes a modicum of pride in their appearance and the upkeep of the one thing where they make their money........the equipment. I don't see this place being solvent within 6 months."

"Machines work "well" some seat's are available, change machine works, parking can be tricky but there's ample parking you just might have to carry your items a manageable distance (for most) They also offer a "Wash Dry and fold" Service, I have not used it but it does say schedule your first Pickup today, I do not know if p/u and Delivery is included, but the signage say's it's $1.25 per pound, with a 15lb minimum for Norwood residents and 20lb minimum outside Norwood. The facility is "fairly clean,as are the machines" especially compared to the other Laundry Matt a little further down the road on Washington Street. There was a gentleman who got very upset when I started taking pictures, I'm not sure why, but it was handled in a civilized fashion.... here are a few pics..."
