"What a great company! My main drain was clogged on a Sunday night, called ASAP Drains (referred by a plumber). Geoff came out next day morning and arrived one hour earlier than the scheduled window (he also called to confirm before arriving). After explaining to him what happened, he was able to quickly identify the issue and began to work on it. It took him about two hours to fix the issue properly. During the whole process, he was super nice and answered all the questions I had. My basement was messy due to the nature of the issue, and Geoff tried his best to clean up after he finished. With such great service, I even paid a very reasonable price! Although I hope such incident won’t happen in my house any time soon, I will definitely reach out to ASAP Drains if needed. P.S.: Melissa in the back office is also super nice and extremely helpful. In sum: I would strongly recommend ASAP Drains to anyone! You can’t go wrong with this company."
