"Nice laundromat. The Speed queen washers & dryers are top tier. They have quarter, credit card, and wash card payment options available. If you need quarters there is a coin dispenser on site to make change. If a problem arises the owner is quick to respond and typically fixes the issue. This is the ONLY laundromat I go to in Pittsfield."

"Minus one star due to the Hobbit door in the back. No sign or warning as you step "up" into a shorter than normal doorway with metal corners exposed above for the door damper. I smell an easy lawsuit if not fixed... I'm just traveling by for work. Splitting my head open once was enough pain, I'll pass on the paperwork... Otherwise the machines worked and were clean enough in comparison to the places I've seen elsewhere."
